How to Obtain Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2

Defeating Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss, offers a chance to acquire the Hand of Wisdom and Action. Xesht resides within the Twisted Domain, accessible via the Realmgate on the Atlas using a Breachstone.

Locate the Realmgate near the Atlas's starting point. Click the home icon on the Atlas for easy access.

Alternatively, the Path of Exile 2 official trading website offers HoWA, but at a considerable cost, even for less-than-perfect rolls.

Acquiring a Breachstone in PoE 2

Two methods exist for obtaining a Breachstone:

• Combine Breach Splinters: Farming Breach map nodes yields Breach Splinters. While relatively common, accumulating 300 requires extensive farming. Combine a stack of 300 to create a Breachstone.
• Currency Exchange: Purchase Breachstones (or Splinters) from Alva's in-game Currency Exchange. Expect to pay approximately 50-60 Exalted Orbs, though prices fluctuate.

No. Hand of Wisdom and Action is an exclusive drop from Xesht and not part of the standard loot pool (unlike Astramentis, Headhunter, or Polcirkeln). Therefore, using an Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps will not produce it.
