Apple Arcade Announces March Lineup: Piano Tiles 2+ and Crazy Eights: Card Games+
While Apple Arcade subscribers are still enjoying Valentine's Day updates across various titles, Apple has revealed its March offerings. Two classic-inspired games are joining the subscription service on March 6th: Piano Tiles 2+ and Crazy Eights: Card Games+.
Piano Tiles 2+ offers a refined take on the popular rhythm game. Expect smoother gameplay and an expanded music library featuring classical, dance, and ragtime tunes. The core gameplay remains the same – tap the black tiles in time with the music, avoiding the white ones, and aim for the highest score. With over a billion players globally, this ad-free version promises a fresh experience on Apple Arcade.
For card game enthusiasts, Crazy Eights: Card Games+ provides a strategic twist on the classic. Match cards by number or color, aiming to empty your hand first. The Apple Arcade version introduces new elements like stacking +2 cards and utilizing wildcards, adding layers of strategy. Competitive leaderboards and multiple game modes ensure engaging, quick matches.
Beyond these new releases, several existing Apple Arcade games will receive updates:
- Bloons TD 6+: Introduces Rogue Legends, a rogue-lite mode with procedurally generated single-player campaigns.
- What The Golf?: Features Valentine's Day themed levels and puzzles.
- Wheel of Fortune Daily: Also celebrates Valentine's Day with themed content.
- Tomb of the Mask+: Adds a Samurai-themed color quest.
- A Slight Chance of Sawblades+: Introduces Deeno the dinosaur, along with new sawblades and backgrounds.
- Castle Crumble: Features the new Mystic Marsh Kingdom, including 40 new levels, a new boss, and a conquest mode.
