Taiko-san Daijiro 3

This application enables you to enjoy playing tja files from the "Taiko-san Jiro 2" software on your PC.

Please note that the app comes with only one sample song. To fully experience the game, you'll need to manually add your own music data to the device's storage or SD card. Without the score data, gameplay will not be possible.

Due to enhanced Android security, when upgrading from Taiko Daijiro 2, the default TJA folder directly under the root folder is no longer accessible. As a result, this app has evolved into a standalone application.

I apologize for not being able to respond to reviews in a timely manner. If you have requests or feedback, please send us an email, and we will certainly address them.

Given the vast variety of Android devices, we are unable to test on all models. We regret that we cannot support devices that fail to start. Before launching the app, it's advisable to clear background tasks using a task killer.

Please note that we do not respond to inquiries regarding the acquisition of TJA files and skins.

■How to Insert Songs

Place the music files (tja) in the following folder:

/Android/data/com.daijiro.taiko3/files/TJA

Due to security enhancements, the /TJA folder used in Taiko-san Daijiro 2 is inaccessible from regular apps. If you're migrating from Taiko-san Daijiro 2, use a file management application to copy or move the score files.

For downloads from the internet, save the zip file to the "Taiko-san Daijiro 3" folder.

If the genre.ini file is missing from your genre folder, songs will be categorized as "Uncategorized".

■How to Insert the Skin

The app supports skin data from "Taiko-san Jiro 2", though not all skins are implemented yet. Skin data from "Taiko-san Jiro" (not version 2) is not supported. Be aware that certain models and skin data might slow down the app's performance.
