Ticket to Ride launches new Switzerland expansion

Switzerland and its neighbors are now part of the Ticket to Ride experience! This expansion introduces country-to-country and city-to-country routes, adding a new strategic layer to the classic gameplay. Build your railroad empire across Switzerland and its surrounding nations.

The expansion also includes two new player characters and four new train tokens, making it a perfect holiday gift for Ticket to Ride enthusiasts. Developer Marmalade aimed to deliver a fresh experience with new mechanics and locations, challenging both seasoned players and newcomers alike.

Country-to-country tickets task you with connecting specific countries, offering multiple route choices and varying point values. Similarly, city-to-country tickets require linking a city to a designated country. Strategic planning is crucial, as each country has a limited number of connection points. Successfully completing a ticket yields points based on the highest-scoring connection, while failure results in a point deduction based on the ticket's lowest value.
