In the thrilling world of Roblox's *Pressure*, mastering the art of surviving encounters with various monsters is crucial to navigating through all rooms successfully. Each monster presents unique challenges, but with the right strategies, you can enhance your chances of completing each run flawlessly. Here's a comprehensive guide on **all monsters in *Pressure* and how to survive them**.
How to Survive All Monsters in Pressure
Below, you'll find detailed strategies on how to outsmart and survive each monster in *Pressure*. These creatures range from random encounters to specific Node monsters and even those tied to particular areas like the DiVine in Oxygen Gardens. Remember to pay attention to specific cues for each monster to know when it's time to hide, but be cautious of Cleithrophobia, which can force you out of hiding if you stay too long. Here's how to deal with each one:
Pandemonium
When you notice the lights flickering, it's a sign that Pandemonium might be spawning. Avoid rushing into a locker to hide immediately to prevent triggering Cleithrophobia. Instead, stand near a locker and wait for the distinctive roar. If Pandemonium spots you outside of a locker, it will instantly kill you. If it approaches your hiding spot, you'll face a mini-game where you must keep the cursor centered on the screen as it moves. Surviving this mini-game means you've outlasted Pandemonium.
Good People
Good People appear in rooms with dead-end doors, one of which is a Fake Door that leads to your demise. To evade this fate, consider the following:
- Fake Door Cues: Approach doors closely without opening them to listen for breathing, growling, sparks, or scanlines on the navi-path sign, indicating a Fake Door.
- Dark Rooms: In darker settings, the navi-path for Fake doors will stay illuminated, unlike the dark navi-path of real doors.
- HQ Message: If HQ suggests a path without revealing incorrect ones, be extra vigilant for Fake doors.
Eyefestation
This shark-like monster appears in rooms with ocean views. Avoid making eye contact through the windows to prevent your HP from draining. Simply leave the room without looking outside to make it despawn.
Squiddles
Dealing with Squiddles is straightforward; turn off your light in their presence and keep a safe distance. They're commonly found in dark rooms or areas darkened by other monsters. By dimming your light and giving them a wide berth, you can safely move past them.
Locker Void-Mass
These slimes can lurk inside lockers, damaging and trapping you if you enter. Always check for purple slime before hiding. If trapped, you'll take continuous damage until you're either freed by another player or succumb to the damage.
Wall Dweller
Wall Dwellers emerge from walls when you're not looking and will chase you down for an instant kill. Listen for their unique footsteps. Turning around to face them will make them retreat. If they attack a teammate, you can counterattack. Baiting them and having another player take them down is the best strategy. Note that if a roaming Node like The Angler encounters a Wall Dweller, it will kill it, leaving behind a meat chunk for health regeneration. However, meat from player-killed Wall Dwellers is defective and won't heal.
Redeemer and Hanger
Finding the Redeemer revolver triggers a mini-game with the Hanger monster. You'll need to mash the E (Interact) button to resist its influence. Success means you shoot the Hanger and survive; failure results in either self-harm or being stabbed by Hanger for 20 damage each hit.
Candlebearers & Candlebrutes
Candlebearers can be stunned with light but become enraged if you shine it on them for more than 3 seconds. Use short bursts of light to stop their movement and progress slowly. They don't insta-kill, so even if they reach you, their damage is low. Their rage is indicated by their light turning fully blue.
Candlebrutes, a tougher variant, are only slowed by light, not stunned, and are faster than Candlebearers. They can be enraged after 5 seconds of light exposure, and emergency lights have no effect on them.
The Angler
The Angler, along with its variants, is common in *Pressure*. Flickering lights signal its arrival, prompting you to hide in a locker or submerge your head in water. It only spawns in rooms with lockers and will insta-kill any player in sight if you don't hide promptly.
Pinkie
Similar to The Angler, Pinkie approaches without flickering lights, signaled only by a screech. Hide in a locker upon hearing it, as she'll only spawn in rooms with valid hiding spots.
Froger
Froger mimics The Angler's flickering lights and screech. Hide quickly, as Froger will haunt rooms and rebound back the way it came, requiring you to hide again.
Chainsmoker
Chainsmoker is another Angler variant with flickering lights and the sound of rattling chains. Hide when your screen shakes to avoid being forced out of a locker by its green smoke. It's one of the slower monsters.
Blitz
Blitz is the fastest variant, appearing in rooms with hiding spots. Hide upon hearing its screech and roar as it approaches due to its speed.
Bottomfeeder
Found in The Dredge area, Bottomfeeder attacks in water. Use dry surfaces to evade it, causing it to despawn when no players are in the water. If caught, you'll need to mash Q and E or the special buttons on mobile to escape in a mini-game that drains your health. Winning kicks the monster away, giving you time to find dry land.
The DiVine
These tree-like monsters in Oxygen Gardens are passive until you step on grass, triggering their hostility and a chase that deals 75 damage if they reach you. Avoid grass and be mindful of their potential to combine with other monsters, like Eyefestation, requiring you to juggle multiple survival tactics at once.
