Survival Evolved Mobile Renamed, Launching Tomorrow

Ark: Ultimate Mobile Edition, the highly anticipated mobile version of the popular survival game, arrives tomorrow, December 18th, on iOS and Android! This new edition boasts the original game's content plus five massive expansion packs.

If you're a fan of dinosaur-filled survival adventures and have already conquered Ark: Survival Evolved, then prepare for a new challenge. Announced earlier this year, Ark: Ultimate Mobile Edition finally has a release date, bringing a fresh island experience to mobile devices.

For the uninitiated, Ark: Survival Evolved helped define the open-world survival genre, adding a unique twist: dinosaurs! Ark: Ultimate Mobile Edition throws you onto a tropical island teeming with prehistoric creatures and rival players. Your journey will take you from crude stone tools to advanced weaponry and a loyal army of trained dinosaurs, all in a battle for dominance.

More Than Just Dinosaurs

This isn't just a mobile port of the original game. Ark: Ultimate Mobile Edition includes five expansion packs: Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction, and Genesis Parts 1 & 2. Developer Studio Wildcard promises thousands of hours of gameplay, a claim that seems entirely plausible given the sheer amount of content. However, the performance on older devices remains to be seen.
