Alchemy Stars: Offline Transition and Farewell

Tencent and Level Infinite recently announced the upcoming closure of Alchemy Stars' online services on January 24th, 2025. However, players will still be able to enjoy the game in a special offline mode. This means you can replay the story and access your saved progress, but with no further updates or online functionality.

Shutdown Timeline and Data Saving:

• January 10th, 4:00 - 9:00 GMT: Maintenance for version 1.43.0, introducing the local data save feature. Update your game after this maintenance.
• January 24th, 4:00 GMT: Online services officially end. Ensure you've saved your game data before this time; unsaved progress will be lost permanently. The in-game save function is located on the main menu. Multiple saves are allowed before the deadline.

Offline Mode Details:

After January 24th, Alchemy Stars will transition to an offline-only version. This version will allow you to:

• Replay the story
• Access and utilize your saved progress
• Upgrade units

Crucially, the offline version will not receive further updates, and the game will be unavailable for download or re-installation after the shutdown. Deleting the app will result in permanent data loss.

This offline transition offers a better alternative to a complete game shutdown, allowing players to revisit their progress. Download Alchemy Stars from the Google Play Store before the online servers close.
