Get ready for Pokémon Go Tour: Unova! This upcoming event boasts exciting new features, including a world premiere soundtrack, a crucial choice between legendary Pokémon, and fresh avatar items.
The event will debut a new musical score composed by Junichi Masuda, inspired by the Pokémon Black and White games. This soundtrack will enhance your gameplay experience across all aspects, from exploring the map to engaging in raids and catching Pokémon.
A key element of the tour is the choice between Reshiram and Zekrom. The new Special Research story, "It's Not Over Yet," allows you to select a Black Version (Reshiram) or White Version (Zekrom) badge, each unlocking unique rewards and bonuses. However, for in-person events in New Taipei City and Los Angeles, this choice is unnecessary; all Kyurem encountered after defeating Black or White Kyurem in five-star raids will automatically know the Charged Attack Glaciate.
New avatar items are also up for grabs! The Go Tour 2025 Tee is a free reward in the standard Tour Pass, while the Kyurem Helmet is available with the Deluxe Pass upgrade. The Black Kyurem Wings and White Kyurem Backpack will be sold in the shop, along with the Shiny Meloetta Tee, obtainable through the new Masterwork Research. Don't forget to redeem your Pokémon Go codes for extra goodies!
For an enhanced experience, consider the Road to Unova event add-ons. The Raids add-on provides raid bonuses and the Black and White Joggers, while the Hatch add-on offers Egg bonuses, Pokémon encounters, and the Black and White Hoodie. Both include Timed Research with extra rewards.
