Locating the Newlyweds

Once it's clear Otto von Bergow won't attend Lord Semine's wedding, the quest shifts to finding an alternative way to meet him. To finish "Wedding Crashers," you must congratulate the newlyweds before leaving the festivities. However, neither Agnes nor Lord Semine are readily apparent.
