Medabot Survivors: Bullet-Hell Action for Medabots Fans, But Only in Japan (For Now)

Medabot Survivors, a new bullet-hell action game based on the popular Japanese robot RPG series, is launching in Japan on February 10th for iOS and Android. For those unfamiliar, Medabots enjoyed a surge in popularity following Pokémon's success, though it never achieved the same global recognition in the West. However, in Japan, Medabots remains a significant franchise.

This new mobile title, as reported by Gematsu, sees the franchise venturing into the popular "Survivors-like" genre. While the game's release is currently exclusive to Japan, its success could potentially lead to a wider international launch. Many excellent Japanese games unfortunately never reach Western audiences.
