If the job isn't available, take any job to keep the money flowing and check back after aging up. It might take a few tries, but persistence pays off. Once you're a mail carrier, hold onto the job for at least 15 years, which you can monitor via the challenge tracker at the top of your screen.

Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings

These tasks can be tackled simultaneously. Navigate to Activities > Love > Hook Up and agree to any hook-up opportunity. You won't know if your partner is a mother, but frequent hook-ups over a few years should help you meet the requirement.
