Lokko: A New 3D Platformer from India's Appy Monkeys, Powered by Sony's India Hero Project

Appy Monkeys, an Indian game developer, in collaboration with Sony's India Hero Project, is bringing us Lokko, a vibrant 3D platformer. This exciting title features cross-play functionality across mobile, PC, and PS5, with Dualshock controller support on all platforms.

The India Hero Project, a Sony initiative, supports Indian developers in creating compelling games. Lokko, born from this partnership, offers players a unique experience: delivering pizzas against the backdrop of a battle against the Goobol food corporation. The game boasts extensive level editors and a deep character customization system.

Lokko's design draws inspiration from successful modern games, incorporating features like character customization and level creation, all within a low-poly art style reminiscent of Roblox. However, Lokko distinguishes itself through its PlayStation backing and the potential to become a strong competitor in the platformer market.
