Acquisition Process:

Silvergale's Aria is unlocked through a multi-stage process within the "Heart of Infinity" mission (Part 2). This isn't readily accessible; it requires completing the main 1.0 storyline and subsequently unlocking the world quest "Fifteen Years, Echoes of Witches" (update 1.1). Access this world quest by pressing "U" and navigating to the World tab.
