Get ready to delve into the enchanting yet perilous world of the Emerald Dream, as Hearthstone's latest expansion opens its doors on March 25th. With a magical twist, this expansion introduces 145 new cards, including fresh mechanics and legendary Wild Gods.
What’s Happening in This Expansion?
Ysera's tranquil realm, the very heart of all Nature magic, faces a looming threat. Players can choose to either defend its pristine beauty or embrace the chaos that threatens to engulf it.
The new keyword for the Into the Emerald Dream expansion is "Imbue." Players of Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, or Shaman classes will receive the blessings of the World Tree. When you first play an Imbue card, your Hero Power transforms into a more potent version, uniquely tailored to your class. Each subsequent use of an Imbue card enhances your Hero Power further. For instance, Hunters benefit from the Blessing of the Wolf, while other classes can only watch in envy, as Imbue has no effect on them if they're not among these six chosen classes.
On the darker side, if protecting nature isn't your style, the Old Gods offer a tempting alternative with the "Dark Gifts" keyword. This corruption-filled mechanic is designed for Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Rogue, Warlock, and Warrior players, providing twisted enhancements that pair with Discover options to summon nightmare-fueled minions. The Emerald Dream expansion includes 10 different Dark Gifts, each promising raw power.

The expansion also introduces The Wild Gods, legendary minions that are colossal forces of nature. Each class gets their own Wild God to rally behind, with some already succumbing to corruption. This creates an intriguing divide between those fighting for the Dream and those ready to plunge it into a Nightmare.
With a myriad of new features and cards, The Emerald Dream expansion promises to bring a fresh and exciting experience to Hearthstone. Mark your calendars for March 25th and prepare to dive in by downloading the game from the Google Play Store.
