Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery Drops Its Halloween Update For 2024!

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery's 2024 Halloween update has arrived, bringing a spooky season celebration throughout October and into November. The Dark Arts are in full swing, with numerous eerie events and a festive makeover of the game's environment.

A Spooky Hogwarts Awaits

The Halloween atmosphere is immediately apparent in Diagon Alley and Hogwarts Castle, both decked out in spooky decorations. New locations also join the Halloween festivities this year.

Expect a House-themed pumpkin hunt, offering magical rewards leading up to October 31st. A Creature Expedition challenges players to confront the fearsome Acromantula.

New Challenges and Creatures

The Swooping Evil, a terrifying creature from Fantastic Beasts, has infiltrated Hogwarts Castle! A Special Adventure requires players to assist Hagrid in capturing it before it causes harm.

A new side quest, "The Vampire of Hogsmeade," introduces vampires lurking near Hogwarts, prompting Professor Dumbledore to close Hogsmeade. Players must unlock the One-Eyed Witch statue to uncover the mystery hidden within the fog.

New Features: The Hogwarts Diary

A brand-new feature, the Hogwarts Diary, is introduced. Players solve puzzles through various in-game activities. Completing diary sections reveals artwork through enchanted inkwells, unveiling a captivating overarching story.

The initial task involves assisting Madam Pince in the library to locate the Lost Spore Scrolls, penned by former Headmistress Professor Phyllida Spore. These scrolls hold the secrets of Hogwarts' magical fungi.
