What sets Elite Challenges apart from regular alliance challenges is that participants must be at least rank 25, and the use of gold, the game's premium currency, is strictly prohibited. This creates a level playing field, making it the ultimate test of skill and strategy for Conflict of Nations enthusiasts.

To celebrate the return of this feature, two challenge maps will be available: the Mediterranean and Antarctica. Elite Challenges also offer a unique twist with players receiving 2x starting resources, production, and access to the tech tree on day 10.
