Starting January 17, 2025, the legendary kaiju Godzilla will dominate *Fortnite* Chapter 6. To gain the upper hand against your rivals, you'll need to locate Godzilla. Becoming Godzilla is a matter of luck. Every game, a rift will randomly appear somewhere on the Battle Royale Island. Your mission is to find it and be the first to jump in.

If you're the first to reach the rift, you'll transform into Godzilla, ready to unleash chaos. As Godzilla, you'll have three powerful moves at your disposal: the Roar, which pinpoints nearby players; the Mighty Stomp Attack, which sends foes flying; and the Heat Ray, a devastating attack that deals massive damage. However, while you’re rampaging, the entire lobby will team up to bring you down.

How To Defeat Godzilla in Fortnite

If you miss the chance to become Godzilla, prepare for an intense battle. Fortunately, Epic Games has provided Godzilla with weak spots that you can target. By hitting these weak points enough times, you'll cause Godzilla’s Fragments to drop, which not only replenish 40 health but also grant three dash charges. Mobility is key in this fight, and dashes are an excellent way to stay agile.
