Dead Island 2 Unleashes New Gameplay with Game +, Zombies, and Horde Mode

Dead Island 2's Patch 6 introduces thrilling new game modes and content! This update significantly enhances the zombie-slaying experience.

New Game Plus (NG+) and Enhanced Challenges:

Dead Island 2 now boasts a New Game Plus mode, allowing players to replay the game at increased difficulty with their existing character, inventory, and enhanced abilities. Expect three extra skill slots, a higher level cap, new weapons and skins, and formidable new enemies.

The update introduces the Revenants – powerful Apex zombie variants with new behaviors and significantly increased difficulty. Developers promise a heightened challenge, especially when combined with NG+. All weapons in NG+ will be more potent, with a greater variety of fixed-rarity weapons to discover.

Neighbourhood Watch Horde Mode:

A new horde mode, "Neighbourhood Watch," blends horde and tower defense elements. Players defend their base over five in-game days, battling waves of enemies and completing objectives to earn valuable gear.
