The action RPG Wuthering Waves has unveiled its Version 2.3 update, marking the game's first anniversary with a gradual rollout across four phases. This major content drop coincides with the game's highly anticipated Steam debut, expanding its reach to PC gamers.

New Content and Timeline

Available from April 29 through June 12, 2025, the update introduces:

• Two new story arcs: "A Blaze in the Dark" and "Your Summer Will Never Wither"
• Challenging Phantom Echoes encounters including Crownless (with Nightmare variant), Nimbus Wraith, and the deceptive Chest Mimic

Anniversary Celebrations

Players can enjoy special login bonuses:

• Gifts of Grand Celebration (May 23-June 11): Radiant Tides and Moment of Resonance for Union Level 8+ players
• Gifts of Grand Reunion (April 29-June 11)
• Gifts of Melodic Verses (June 5-19)

Rewards include premium currencies (Radiant Tide, Lustrous Tide, Astrite), modifiers, and upgrade materials.
