Dead by Daylight Mobile Ends Service

NetEase has announced the end-of-service (EOS) for its popular mobile horror game, Dead by Daylight Mobile. After a four-year run on Android, the game will officially shut down. This mobile adaptation of Behaviour Interactive's successful title, initially released on PC in June 2016, launched in April 2020. However, the PC and console versions will remain operational.

Dead by Daylight Mobile offered a thrilling 4v1 asymmetrical horror experience, pitting Killers against Survivors in a tense game of cat and mouse. Players could choose to stalk and sacrifice Survivors as a Killer, or strive for survival against a relentless pursuer.

Dead by Daylight Mobile's EOS Date:

The game's servers will power down on March 20th, 2025. While the game will remain available for download on app stores until January 16th, 2025, new downloads will cease after that date. Existing players can continue to enjoy the game until the official shutdown.

NetEase will process refunds according to regional laws, with further details on the refund process to be released on January 16th, 2025.

Players wishing to continue their Dead by Daylight experience can transition to the PC or console versions. A welcome package awaits those making the switch, and loyalty rewards will be granted to players who have invested time or money in the mobile game.

Download Dead by Daylight Mobile from the Google Play Store before the servers close, and experience the thrill of the hunt one last time. For another exciting mobile gaming option, check out our review of Tormentis Dungeon RPG, a new dungeon-building game for Android.
