Botany Manor's PlayStation Release Finally Set for January 28th
Originally slated for a December 17th, 2024 release on PlayStation 4 and 5, the critically acclaimed puzzler Botany Manor has been given a new launch date: January 28th, 2025. The delay, announced by publisher Whitethorn Games, aimed to ensure a polished and optimal player experience.
Initially released in April 2024 for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, Botany Manor quickly gained recognition as a top-tier puzzle game, boasting an impressive 83/100 average score and 92% positive reviews on OpenCritic. Its charming atmosphere, intricate puzzles, and rewarding exploration captivated critics and players alike.
While the January 28th launch date is now confirmed, a PlayStation Store page remains absent. PS4 and PS5 players will need to wait a little longer before they can add it to their wishlists. The game is expected to retail at $24.99, consistent with its pricing on other platforms, and will remain a one-time purchase without microtransactions. The digital soundtrack, available separately on Steam, is unlikely to be offered on the PlayStation Store.
Botany Manor is poised to significantly enhance the PlayStation puzzle game library, adding to a growing collection of high-quality titles. Its arrival on January 28th will coincide with the PlayStation releases of other notable games, including Cuisineer, Eternal Strands, and The Son of Madness. Following its PlayStation launch, Botany Manor will be available on all initially announced platforms. The developers at Balloon Studios have yet to announce their next project.
