The Emergence mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 marks the campaign's halfway point, and it's a significant departure from the series' usual gameplay. This guide provides a complete walkthrough.

Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall and a gas mask breakage, triggering hallucinations.

After the initial fall, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Activating the elevator unleashes hallucinatory zombie mannequins. Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Locating the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room. More zombies await.

After eliminating them, a mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging it, gather armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook.

Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly defeat the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to reach higher ground from the A.C.R. room. Next, obtain the Green card from the Administration Facility. Grapple to the facility from the security desk. Answer the ringing phone.

You must locate four documents and place them in the file display area. Mannequins will pursue you; keep moving to avoid them. The files are located: one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a central table, and one in the cafe. After placing the files, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeating it yields the Green card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, then locate the glass chamber with camera stands. A mimic will appear when you approach the Blue card.

Shoot moving objects to lure the mimic into view and eliminate it. Retrieve the Blue card.

Securing the Red Card

Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red card.

Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, then swim through the red tunnel. Climb the ladders, clear zombies, and unlock the door using the blacklight code. Turn all drain switches within 25 seconds to access the final area. Defeat the Mangler and its horde to obtain the Red card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk's system. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone to initiate the final confrontation with numerous zombies and the Disciple. Surviving this encounter concludes the mission.
