After a successful closed alpha phase, Smite 2's free-to-play open beta is now accessible on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Steam Deck. This launch is accompanied by a new Smite 2 patch from Titan Forge Games, introducing a roster of new gods, exciting game modes, and more.

Announced a year ago, Smite 2 promised a sequel to the beloved third-person MOBA, leveraging Unreal Engine 5 to enhance visuals and combat mechanics. The game offers a refined experience with a revamped item shop, allowing players to access various items regardless of their god's classification. Similar to its predecessor, players assume the roles of gods from diverse cultures, engaging in 5v5 battles to conquer the opposing team. Following the closed alpha, Smite 2 is now open to all players.

As of January 14, the open beta for Smite 2 is available for free across PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (via Epic Games Store and Steam), and Steam Deck. The latest update enriches the game with new content, including Aladdin, a god uniquely crafted for Smite 2. Aladdin brings innovative abilities such as wall-running and a revival mechanism through his companion's three wishes. His ultimate ability captures enemies, forcing them into a 1v1 showdown, staying true to his legendary tale.
