SaGa Frontier 2 Remastered Boosts Android with Visual Upgrades

Square Enix has released the enhanced SaGa Frontier 2: Remastered across mobile and console platforms. Originally debuting on PlayStation in 1999 (Japan) and 2000 (Western markets), this revamped edition delivers visual upgrades and additional narrative content.

SaGa Frontier 2: Remastered Now Available for Android

The game transports players to the world of Sandail, where magic called Anima flows through everything. The dual protagonist narrative follows Gustave - a magic-deficient royal outcast - and William Knights, a relic-hunting adventurer investigating his parents' mysterious death tied to a mind-altering artifact called the Egg.

The remaster features upscaled visuals that preserve the original's beautiful watercolor aesthetic while modernizing interface elements for contemporary devices. The cinematic trailer below showcases these enhancements:
