LE SSERAFIM Returns To Overwatch 2 With New Skins, Emotes, and In-Game Challenges

Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM Coming This March 18, 2025

Overwatch 2 is thrilled to announce its second collaboration with the popular K-pop group LE SSERAFIM, set to launch on March 18, 2025. This event aligns perfectly with the release of LE SSERAFIM's new album "Hot," and will feature an array of new skins, emotes, and engaging in-game challenges. This follows their successful collaboration in November 2023, which celebrated LE SSERAFIM's song "Perfect Night." The excitement was amplified when Overwatch 2 shared a trailer on Twitter (X) on March 11, confirming the event. The collaboration was initially teased during the Overwatch 2 Spotlight on February 12.

Players can look forward to new skins for Mercy, Juno, D.Va, Ashe, and Illari. Additionally, recolored skins from the 2023 event will be available for purchase, featuring LE SSERAFIM versions of Kiriko, D.Va, Sombra, Tracer, and Brigitte.

While the Concert Clash mode from the previous collaboration won't return, as it was specifically tied to "Perfect Night," players can still earn the Legendary Fawksey James Junkrat skin by completing challenges throughout the event.

Aimee Denett, Overwatch's Associate Director of Product Management, shared insights with Polygon on March 11 about the upcoming event. "This time around, we wanted to be part of one of the pieces that’s celebrating their new album," Denett stated. She further explained, "While we don’t have a new song that’s specific to Overwatch, we had to celebrate K-pop culture, so we made a visualizer for one of the new songs off their album that we’re pretty excited about and a lot of extensive cosmetics for this collaboration."
