For fans eager to dive into the action, there's a special Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle available at a suggested retail price of $499.99 in the US. This bundle includes the system and a download code for the thrilling Mario Kart World game, ready for you on launch day. If you're looking to purchase Mario Kart World separately, be prepared for a price tag of $79.99.

You can also register your interest with Nintendo at the My Nintendo Store to be notified about preorders for the Nintendo Switch 2 and its accessories. Invitations to purchase will be sent out via email on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to users with a 12-month Nintendo Switch Online membership and at least 50 gameplay hours logged as of April 2, 2025. After priority users receive their invites, remaining eligible registrants will be considered. Note that these invitations are non-transferable and valid for 72 hours. You're allowed to purchase one system and one of each accessory per account. Major retailers will also open preorders on April 9, 2025.
