Marvel's Contest of Champions Recruits Patriot and the Leader

Marvel Contest of Champions' Murderworld event brings thrilling updates! Running until August 7th, this event features the X-Magica Showcase and the Spring of Sorrow Gauntlet, alongside bug fixes and balance adjustments.

Murderworld: Arcade's Deadly Amusement Park

The master of deadly amusement parks, Arcade, has arrived in The Contest, bringing his twisted Murderworlds. These aren't your average theme parks; they're designed for equal parts entertainment and annihilation. Arcade aims for a high score – the number of Champions he can defeat. Players must outsmart Arcade's deadly games, perhaps even teaming up to overcome his lethal carnival.

New Champions: Patriot and The Leader

The Raft, the Battlerealm's top prison, is on lockdown due to gamma radiation. The Summoner intervenes, encountering Patriot, who's in deep trouble. Meanwhile, The Leader's gamma-enhanced intellect is controlling friends and foes alike.

Patriot (Eli Bradley), grandson of the original Super Soldier, and co-founder of the Young Avengers, joins the fray on July 18th. The Leader (Samuel Sterns), a former high school dropout transformed into a super-genius by a gamma explosion, follows on August 1st. He uses his intellect for villainy, becoming a nemesis to the Hulk.
