What's Gameplay Like in Novel Rogue?

At its core, Novel Rogue features a turn-based card battle system that dynamically adapts to the book you're currently exploring. Each of the four worlds boasts its own unique deck-building mechanics. Defeat enemies, choose from three new cards after each battle, and craft the ultimate deck to conquer your foes.

A strategic "Change" command allows you to redistribute damage among your allies, while the "Novel Power" mechanic empowers your deck using ink. For those seeking a greater challenge, Deep Record mode significantly increases dungeon difficulty, promising high-stakes battles for seasoned players.

As you explore, collect treasures to foster relationships with characters, unlocking a special ending based on your alliances. For a touch of personalization, Witch Stones allow you to customize character costumes, letting you showcase your preferred aesthetic.
