• Locate the quest in the Breezy Meadow region.

You can find this quest in Breezy Meadow, which lies south of Florawish. Head to the Meadow Wharf Warp Spire, situated near the eastern coast. From there, follow the map to find Viliak standing at Meadow Wharf, gazing out at the water. Engage in conversation with her to initiate the quest.

• Walk to the small dock on the east side of Meadow Wharf.
• Board the boat directly in front of you.

• Open your camera, and you should see a Fish Hook and a Fish on a Cloth.
• To create the illusion of "Big Fish Caught," align the hook precisely at the front of the fish's mouth.
• Take the photo and return to Viliak.
