Where Can You Get Sneasel and Weavile in Pokemon Sleep?

As their mainline series dual Ice and Dark typing might suggest, Sneasel and Weavile will appear at Snowdrop Tundra in *Pokémon Sleep.* However, in this game, they will be classified solely as Dark types, as dual typing isn't supported.

But don't worry if you haven't unlocked Snowdrop Tundra yet; Sneasel and Weavile are also available on the starter island, Greengrass Isle. This means all players can start studying these newcomers right away.

If you've chosen a different island for the week but want to encounter these new Pokémon, you can use the EZ Travel Ticket item to switch your research to either Snowdrop Tundra or Greengrass Isle, where Sneasel and Weavile will appear.

Both Sneasel and its evolved form, Weavile, are categorized under the Dozing sleep type. This means they are more likely to appear on Snowdrop Tundra or Greengrass Isle if you have a Dozing sleep type for the night.

As the first evolution, Sneasel is easier to encounter during Sleep Research. To evolve it into Weavile, you'll need 80 Sneasel Candy and the Razor Claw item. However, to gather Sleep Research data on Weavile, you'll still need to encounter it in the wild.
