In *Monster Hunter Wilds*, hunters have a vast world to explore beyond just tracking down fearsome monsters. This expansive game environment is packed with various quests and challenges, including the pursuit of the elusive Rime Beetle. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to find and capture this intriguing creature in *Monster Hunter Wilds*.
How To Find the Rime Beetle in Monster Hunter Wilds
If you can't recall the hint provided by Samin, your journey to find the Rime Beetle will take you to the Iceshard Cliffs region. Unfortunately, locating this creature isn't as simple as setting a waypoint and letting your Seikret guide you directly to it. Instead, you'll need to rely on your keen observation and a bit of luck.
The Rime Beetle is an endemic creature known for rolling up balls of packed snow, making it easier to spot in snowy areas. In the Iceshard Cliffs region, focus your search on Areas 2, 7, 8, 11, and 13. As you explore these snow-covered zones, keep an eye out for the beetle's distinctive snowballs. Additionally, following any visible tracks in the snow can lead you straight to a Rime Beetle.
