After an earlier delay, the wait is over for fans of open-world mobile shooters—Grand Outlaws has finally made its soft launch in the US. Hardbit Studio announced that as of today, May 15th, you can dive into the action-packed world of Grand Outlaws exclusively on Google Play for Android devices. However, players worldwide and those on iOS will need to wait a bit longer for their chance to play.

The additional development time was well spent, according to the developers. They used it to expand the game's locations, enhance performance, and add more content, ensuring a richer and more stable experience as they gear up for the full global release later this year.

At launch, Grand Outlaws offers three exciting core modes: Battle Royale, Racing, and Deathmatch. These modes are designed for quick, intense gameplay with intuitive mobile controls, easy access to a variety of weapons, vehicles, and customization options. Players have the freedom to switch between modes or explore the expansive open world at their own pace.

While the soft launch is currently Android-exclusive, Hardbit Studio has a detailed multi-platform roadmap in place. The full release for Android and the Epic Store is slated for July or August, with iOS and PC versions via Steam and Epic following in October. Console ports for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch are planned for 2026, and the studio is also working on implementing cross-platform play.

Looking ahead, Hardbit Studio has ambitious plans for Grand Outlaws. They are preparing to roll out new modes like Heists and Destruction Derby, live events, a comprehensive cinematic story mode, and enhanced customization options for characters and hideouts. Additionally, brand collaborations and seasonal content updates are on the horizon.
