Freedom Wars Remastered: Where To Get More Combat Items

Quick Links

In Freedom Wars Remastered, customizing your loadout for operations is key to success. While your weapons and Thrones are less frequently swapped out, Combat Items are consumables that offer a variety of uses, but they are finite resources. You'll occasionally receive more Combat Items by completing operations, but the quantities might not suffice for another mission. Initially, you're limited to equipping just one Combat Item; let's delve into how to overcome these limitations.

How To Equip More Combat Items In Freedom Wars Remastered

To equip more Combat Items, you need to unlock the right Entitlements. When you're in your cell, interact with the Window On Liberty and select "Claim Entitlements". Navigate to the Equipment section and scroll right to find the One-Item Permit at the top. Each permit below this one allows you to equip additional Combat Items, up to a maximum of four.

These Permits become available quickly as you progress through the story, and you can purchase all four by reaching CODE level 3. Note that subsequent permits will only appear after you've purchased the preceding one. When you equip a Combat Item, you'll equip the entire stack you have at the start of the Operation. For example, equipping a Frag Grenade means you'll have all the Frag Grenades you possess at the mission's outset.

Your Accessory can also equip one Combat Item, but it's used at its discretion.

As you progress beyond the initial missions, you'll unlock The Warren, a HUB area. Here, you'll find Zakka, a store located on the upper story along the right side. At Zakka, besides weapons, you can choose the Buy Items option to access Munitions and Medical Supplies.

  • Munitions - These are items that directly damage enemies during combat.
  • Medical Supplies - These include items that heal, cure ailments, or refill ammunition.

Combat Items are sold individually, and bulk purchases can quickly deplete your Entitlement Points. If you need a large number of Medkits, consider donating old resources to accumulate more points. While Combat Items can occasionally be rewards from Operations, this method isn't reliable for farming due to the time required and the potential to use more items than you gain.
