Your destination is Lake Biwa, a prominent body of water in the central part of the region. For the smoothest journey, it's advisable to secure a boat from the settlements of Azuchi or Omizo. Alternatively, if you're feeling adventurous, you can swim across the lake.

Your target is the larger island in the middle of Lake Biwa, northwest of Azuchi. Navigate there to discover Okishima Island, which also features a Kakurega where you can rest. The presence of dried fish near the docks indicates a plentiful food source for a specific kind of animal.
