Delta Force Game: Release Date and Time Announced

PC Alpha Went Live on August 6, 2024!

The Delta Force PC Alpha Test went live at around Aug 5, 9 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT.

On August 30, however, the developers announced that the Alpha Test would close on September 8, or Sept 7, 8 p.m. EDT / 5 p.m. PDT for the United States.

Fans eager to get into the Alpha Test had several options at their disposal:

Their official Twitter/X account also frequently offered Alpha Test codes during special events and milestones.

July 24 Update: New Alpha Test Date Announced

An example of a giveaway was posted on their official Twitter/X account, where 100 lucky winners received codes for the Alpha test.

July 16 Update: Alpha Test Postponed

Following the pre-alpha test from July 11 - 15, the developers identified several critical issues that hampered gameplay for the limited number of participants. Consequently, they had to postpone the July Alpha test to address these issues and "ensure you have the best experience possible."

Initially Scheduled Alpha Test

Delta Force was originally set to hold its Alpha Test on July 18, with no specified end date. Fans could attempt to gain access through the official website by completing player surveys, requesting access on the official Steam page, or by watching content creators on Twitch.tv to earn Steam keys via Twitch Drops!

Note that the game underwent a pre-alpha test from July 11 to 15, allowing the developers to stress test the game before the main Alpha test. A small group of players were invited to participate during this period. Requesting access across all available platforms might have provided early access to this pre-alpha phase.

The Alpha Test was exclusively for PC, accessible through the game's official client or via Steam. Access to one platform did not guarantee access to the other, as cross-progression was not implemented during the alpha phase.
