Co-op Hit Joins Xbox Game Pass Library

Xbox Game Pass welcomes Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders! Xbox Game Pass subscribers can now enjoy this co-op base-building game at no extra cost. This marks the 14th addition to the June 2024 Game Pass lineup, joining popular titles like Octopath Traveler, The Callisto Protocol, My Time at Sandrock, and EA Sports FC 24.

Set in the world of the legendary English outlaw, Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders is an action-adventure RPG. Players take on the role of Robin Hood, engaging in combat, hunting, crafting, and even a bit of thievery to help the people of Sherwood Forest survive the Sheriff of Nottingham's oppressive rule. The game's core mechanic revolves around base building, transforming a small forest camp into a thriving village populated by diverse villagers, each with unique professions and tasks. Already boasting positive Steam reviews, this title is a welcome addition to the Game Pass RPG collection.

Four months post-launch, Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders joins the Xbox Game Pass family. Subscribers can dive into Sherwood Forest, challenge the Sheriff, and recruit companions – all without paying extra. For those without a subscription, Microsoft offers a two-week trial of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass for just $1, reverting to the standard $16.99 monthly fee thereafter.

June 2024 Xbox Game Pass Additions

Since its 2017 launch, Xbox Game Pass has consistently delivered a diverse range of games. Subscribers enjoy a rotating catalog for a monthly fee, including day-one releases from Microsoft and a selection of third-party titles. Current highlights include Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Dead Space, and The Quarry, to name a few.

Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders is the fourteenth game added to the service this June. Microsoft has already announced six day-one titles for July 2024, including the souls-like Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn (July 18th), Capcom's Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, and the anticipated Frostpunk 2 (July 25th).
