The mobile game *Black Clover M: Rise of the Wizard King* has officially announced its End of Service (EOS) date. After launching globally on November 30, 2023—following an earlier regional soft launch—the game will be shutting down in August 2025, marking the end of its nearly two-year run.
When is the Black Clover M EOS?
The final shutdown is set for August 20th, 2025 at 10:00 AM. From June 20th, 2025, all paid item transactions will no longer be available. However, previously purchased items such as battle passes and packs can still be used until the official service termination in August.
Before the game goes offline, a final content update is scheduled for release on June 25th, 2025. This update will feature new material inspired by the movie *Black Clover: The Magic Emperor’s Sword*, including the addition of two mages from the film into the game roster.
As part of the closing events, both paid and free black crystals will be offered at heavily discounted prices in the exchange, ranging from 1 to 10 black crystals. Additionally, new account creation will be suspended starting June 25th after the maintenance update.
Once the game shuts down, players will have the opportunity to request refunds for any unused paid black crystals. The refund process will open on August 20th, 2025 and remain active until November 17th, 2025. To apply, players must provide specific details including their email address, nickname, AID, date of birth, and remaining crystal count.
Customer support services will also conclude around this time, with the help desk officially closing on November 17th, 2025.
Ever Played It?
Developed under the *Black Clover* IP from Shonen Jump and TV Tokyo, *Black Clover M* is a mobile RPG offering turn-based combat and character collection mechanics based on the popular anime series. Players build squads of magic knights, level up characters, and strive toward the ultimate title: Wizard King.
Upon release, the game was initially praised for capturing the charm and aesthetic of the anime. However, over time, it faced growing criticism—common among gacha titles—for its grind-heavy progression system and repetitive gameplay loops.
If you're a fan of the *Black Clover* universe and curious about what the game had to offer, you can still find it listed on the Google Play Store while it remains live.
