At its core, Monmate Master: Idle Adventure is an idle game that also presents some strategic challenges for players. The combat system is designed with casual gameplay in mind and operates on a turn-based structure. Players begin by forming a team consisting of their main character and five Monmates. These Monmates are unique creatures used in battle and should not be confused with the main character. Like a traditional RPG, players can customize their team formations and strengthen both the main character and Monmates through training.

Additionally, all players gain access to a series of main quests that serve as a guide for new players. These quests are located in the bottom-left corner of the screen and are highlighted in yellow. Beyond offering direction on the next steps, they provide generous rewards that significantly support account progression. As a newcomer, your main priority should be completing these quests. As you advance through the main story chapters, you’ll gradually unlock auto-battle functionality and battle speeds of 2x and 3x.

• Gear Chest – Open this chest to earn chest experience, chest points, hero gear, and bread. As the reward level increases, the chance of receiving better-quality gear improves.
• Skill Chest – Open this chest to earn chest experience, chest points, skills, and bread. The higher the reward level, the greater the chance of obtaining high-tier skills.
