If you've passed her by, simply fast-travel to the Claviger’s Landing Beacon, head forward, and find Lyanna as the second merchant on your left. Captain Henqua’s Spoils

Discover the Captain Henqua’s Spoils Treasure Map near the top of the Lighthouse, located to the left of Claviger’s Landing. Ascend the lighthouse until you reach a wooden platform with a skeleton.
