Astra Yao of Zenless Zone Zero 1.5 has been given a dramatic narrative short film

Zenless Zone Zero shines a spotlight on Astra Yao with a new story segment, offering players a glimpse into the character's past. MiHoYo (HoYoverse) continues to expand the game's lore, this time focusing on Astra Yao, the popular singer and part-time on-air support.

A new animated short depicts Astra Yao performing at a benefit concert commemorating a devastating cavernous disaster. Following a tense encounter with a journalist, the narrative shifts to reveal impactful events from her past.

Astra Yao is featured in the first character banner of Zenless Zone Zero 1.5, while Evelyn Chevalier is available in the second.

The 1.5 update also includes the customary miHoYo (HoYoverse) polychrome compensation. Players receive 300 polychromes for bug fixes and another 300 for technical improvements related to the update. This compensation is delivered directly to players' in-game mailboxes.

Joining the roster as a new S-rank agent is Astra Yao (Air, Support). Beyond her singing career, Astra Yao is a formidable support agent, capable of restoring ally HP and significantly boosting damage output. Her abilities facilitate more frequent attack chains and quick assists, enabling devastating damage to enemies.
