Download the Ultimatum app to experience the dare. Once you have the app, you can choose to be a "PLAYER" and livestream crazy dares set by your friends and followers. If you prefer to watch, select "WATCHER" to see what other players from around the world were dared to do. As a Watcher, you can vote and decide if the player successfully completed the challenge.
