Skills and Upgrades

To enhance Shimazu's abilities, you can upgrade your samurai using coins and diamonds collected throughout the game. Here are the key skills you'll master:

• Dash: Perfect for close combat, this skill can eliminate a target in a single strike. However, it's not suited for long-range attacks.
• Disappearing: This skill allows you to remain unseen, enabling you to launch surprise attacks on your enemies without revealing your position.
• Throw Shuriken: Ideal for attacking enemies from a distance, though it may take one or two additional throws to eliminate the target completely.

Checkpoints

Checkpoints in the game are fixed but offer you the chance to set a new checkpoint at your current position. This feature becomes available after progressing through several levels, providing crucial points of respawn to aid in your journey.
