Loyalty Program: A Guide for Members

LLP, operator of and Continent branded gas stations and mini-markets, offers a loyalty program rewarding both new and existing customers. The program accrues bonus points (Bonuses) redeemable for discounts and special offers.

Key Terms:

• Program: The and Continent loyalty program.
• Participant: Any individual, 14 years or older, legally authorized to conduct minor household transactions in Kazakhstan, registered in the program and possessing a Kazakhstani individual identification number.
• Participant Questionnaire: Information provided upon registration, granting consent to process personal data (as per Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013) via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone, mail, and computerized databases. This consent is revocable in writing.
• Virtual Card: An electronic card within the mobile app.

• Mobile Application: The app for iOS and Android devices.
• Bonus Points (Bonuses): Points earned on purchases at stations; 1 Bonus = 1 KZT. Bonuses are redeemable only at stations.
