Jagex has unleashed a huge update for Old School RuneScape mobile, marking its sixth anniversary! This isn't just a small patch; it's a significant overhaul designed to enhance gameplay speed, ease of use, and personalization. Let's dive into the key features and see if they live up to the hype.

A Revamped Mobile Experience:

The update focuses heavily on improving the mobile UI. You can now customize your interface to your liking, adding Side Stones for quick access to inventory, equipment, spells, and friends – a significant boon for both combat and casual play. Five customizable hotkeys are now available on screen, and you can save up to three different layouts for seamless transitions between activities.

More Control, More Customization:

The new Menu Entry Swapper (MES) lets you adjust interactions with NPCs and items, tailoring the game to your personal playstyle. A handy Popout Panel provides real-time XP tracking, ground item indicators, and other helpful information. And finally, the long-awaited HiScores feature has arrived on mobile, allowing you to track your progress and compare yourself to others.
