Hogwarts Legacy Mods Coming Sooner Than Expected

WB Games has a thrilling announcement for all fans of the Harry Potter universe: starting this Thursday, Hogwarts Legacy will support mods on PC. This exciting feature will be a key part of an upcoming patch, available for download on both Steam and the Epic Games Store (EGS).

The patch introduces the Hogwarts Legacy Creator Kit, an innovative toolkit that empowers enthusiasts to create new content. From crafting dungeons and quests to customizing characters, the possibilities are endless. The well-known platform CurseForge will be responsible for overseeing and publishing these user-generated mods. Additionally, Hogwarts Legacy will feature a new mod manager, making it easier for players to discover and install mods that catch their eye.

On launch day, several pre-approved mods will be ready for players to explore, including the intriguing Dungeon of Doom. This new dungeon promises challenging battles against numerous enemies and the chance to uncover hidden secrets. However, there's a small catch: to access these mods, you'll need to link your game account with a WB Games account.

The patch also enhances character customization, offering new hairstyles and additional outfits. In the trailer, the developers provided a sneak peek at some of the mods that will be available.

Looking ahead, fans can also anticipate the second installment of the adventure game, which is already in development. Warner Bros. Discovery has confirmed that this sequel is one of their top priorities for the coming years.
