VIDA, a digitally native brand, is building a sustainable mobility ecosystem. The My VIDA app is a central component, supporting the entire customer journey from vehicle ownership and beyond. It seamlessly integrates vehicle functions accessible remotely via WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and cloud connectivity.

Key features include:

WiFi Connectivity: Turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call answering/rejecting, missed call and SMS alerts, and phone status (network, battery, and app connection).

Cloud Connectivity: Remote immobilization, live tracking, scooter location sharing, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall, accident), geofencing, incognito mode, customizable driving modes, and over-the-air (OTA) updates.

BLE Connectivity: Lock/unlock, ignition on/off, boot opening, and scooter ping.

The app also allows users to schedule charging at nearby stations, plan commutes and navigation, request at-home, on-road, or service station service appointments, and customize their driving experience based on terrain or personal preference.
