Initially slated for March 6th, 2025, the release of Venus Vacation PRISM - DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme has been pushed back to March 27th, 2025. A January 22nd press release cited the need for additional episode integration and further game refinement as the reason for the delay.

Currently, the March 27th launch is exclusive to Asia. While the game will include English subtitles and a user interface, a global release date remains unconfirmed. Given that previous titles, Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 and Venus Vacation, also saw limited Asian releases, a similar distribution for Venus Vacation PRISM seems likely.
