Just before the world championship grand finals, as is now customary for popular esports titles, Ubisoft made a significant announcement. With Rainbow Six Siege entering its tenth year, expectations were high, and they were met!

Ubisoft unveiled Siege X, a major overhaul of Rainbow Six Siege. It's not a sequel, but far more than a simple update. Think of it as Rainbow Six Siege's equivalent to Counter-Strike 2 – a substantial upgrade that feels like a new game, while preserving all player progress and data.

A dedicated three-hour presentation, featuring a live audience in Atlanta, is scheduled for March 13th to reveal further details. To mark the game's ten-year anniversary, Ubisoft also launched a commemorative pack offering legendary skins from the game's earliest seasons – a comprehensive collection of classic cosmetics.
