To purchase the expansion, head to the Carpenter's Shop on Eastern Road. While technically available from your first year, it requires significant in-game progress.

Unlocking the expansion needs two key steps: reaching Town Rank 55 (earned through Renown points) and completing the Stone Refinery repair quest (also requiring Rank 55). These requirements work in tandem.
